Kelsey is ridiculously kind hearted and understanding and it comes across in her approach. Her coaching is clear, grounded, and very comfortable. I wish I had a friend like Kelsey when I was younger- she is such a positive energy to be around and I leave her presence more lighthearted than when I showed up! That being said- she is also not wishy washy or new age edgy- she is the real deal with a beautiful no bullshit style that is refreshing. I love her research into everything and the flow of how she shares with you what she knows. Whatever Kelsey is doing- it would benefit you to pay attention- and probably take notes.
