The key to freedom is feeling.

Hi, my loves,

My name is Kelsey Morgan and I am a Somatic Artist. Now what does that mean? Well, technically whatever you want it to mean, but I am an Art Therapist and a certified Somatic Activated Healing™ coach.

I started my personal healing journey back in 2014 because I simply wanted to be a better person, but then in 2017 I got smacked by flashbacks from all the trauma I had yet to face, in 2018 I was welcomed with my first spiritual awakening, and then in 2020 I had busted through the threshold of, “there is no other option,” when it comes to facing myself, befriending my darkness, and liberating my soul for the benefit of all beings.

I am devoted to this work because I now know that it is possible to get free from the things I was once afraid to face. And I want this for you too. I know it’s scary. I know it’s going to take courage that you may feel like you don’t have access to. I know it’s going to take a leap of faith into the unknown. But remember that you don’t have to do this alone. I am here to be in the mud with you. I would be honored to guide you in this phase of your healing journey. The ways I am of service are listed below!

If you’d like to try a Somatic Activated Healing™ class for FREE, you can get lifetime access to 2 classes by subscribing to my email list.

If you’d like to learn how to connect to the body and move through stuck emotions, you can check out my somatic class replays and (upcoming) somatic courses.

If you’d like to work together 1:1 therapeutically through art therapy and somatic movement, I see individual clients in person at McNulty Counseling and Wellness in St. Pete Florida (tyrone location), & a few clients virtually from different states.

If you’d like to do soul work together in learning how to gain a relationship with your darkness (shadow) to integrate its wisdom for the liberation for yourself and all beings, you can apply to enter Ascend The Underworld Within. This is a virtual 32-week container and we start March 19th.

If you’d like to come to virtual women’s circles, sign up below! Me and my friend Kiohma will be hosting Red Tent Remembering every 13th of the month. We gather, we dance (guided somatic movement), we create art, and we share in community.

If you’d like to collaborate, I’m available to be a guest on podcasts, speak at events, host art therapy or somatic movement workshops, co-facilitate, course creations, be a part of your therapeutic care team for an existing client you have, etc.

  • Kelsey is ridiculously kind hearted and understanding and it comes across in her approach. Her coaching is clear, grounded, and very comfortable. I wish I had a friend like Kelsey when I was younger- she is such a positive energy to be around and I leave her presence more lighthearted than when I showed up! That being said- she is also not wishy washy or new age edgy- she is the real deal with a beautiful no bullshit style that is refreshing. I love her research into everything and the flow of how she shares with you what she knows. Whatever Kelsey is doing- it would benefit you to pay attention- and probably take notes.

  • I’ve known Kelsey for quite some time and we have developed a deep connection. Her ability to hold space for me, to give me the tough love, and always be honest with me is unparalleled. She has been there with me through the worst year of my life, and continued to support me and hold such a safe space that I’m always able to show up exactly as I am and be seen, heard, and understood. Her ability to intuitively know what needs to be said in the moment and what needs to wait for another time is a true skill. Her ability to sit with discomfort and unpleasantries is inspiring. She is a true healer and is unafraid to be in the depths with you.

  • I have had a few therapists in my time. I have not had one like Kelsey. Not only does she take her job seriously, there is heart and passion behind it that makes the experience genuine and moving. Throughout my time with Kelsey, I have really had a metamorphosis. I had issues with communicating, expressing, feeling, and working through my emotions. I struggled with depression and paranoia regularly. Now, I can confidently say I have the tools, experience, and knowledge of what I can do to help myself and have found inner happiness and it’s thanks to her guidance. The energy you put into during the work will be matched at 110%. She is down to earth, articulates herself and the point well, and explains psychological/spiritual concepts in a way that someone entirely new to the world of mental health and self-care can understand. She has truly put my life on a better path, and I have no doubt in my mind she can do the same for you. I cannot recommend her enough.

  • As someone who has had the privilege of both working with and knowing Kelsey personally, I am compelled to express the profound impact she has had on my life. Kelsey, an exceptional human and healer, brings a unique skill set that leads to deep change and lasting healing. Kelsey’s methods involve not just conversation but immersive experience that engage body and mind. Through her guidance, I learned to understand and listen to my body’s wisdom, unlocking new pathways of self-awareness and healing. My expectations fell short in comparison to the depths I could reach by engaging in her multi-step process and facing my darkness, with her acting as my guide and support. Her immense capacity for empathy and profound understanding of the human psyche and trauma allows her to understand what creates a proper safe space. I am immensely grateful for Kelsey’s support and guidance and can confidently recommend her to anyone seeking healing along with personal and spiritual growth.

  • Kelsey’s true willingness to embody the work of Somatic Activated Healing reinforces the leadership that is innately expressed through her. Kelsey infuses the wisdom of her own lived experiences into the offering of her genuine and devoted study to create truly unique and impactful offerings. Her desire to be a change agent and to provide opportunities for people to actively heal themselves is expressed powerfully and purposefully. To be supported by Kelsey in this life is to be held and nurtured by a genuine healer leading the way with innovation and creativity. A once in a lifetime opportunity not to be missed.

  • Kelsey is an extraordinary healer who leads you on a journey of self-reflection, growth, and expansion. By sharing her own experiences, you feel a deep inner knowing, trust, and connection to how she is guiding you. She is authentic and compassionate and helps you see where you can change your perspective to progress through your own healing. Kelsey’s somatic classes are expansive and revitalizing, they have helped me to open up and connect movement in my healing journey. She is a beautiful soul that will help you in many ways. It’s a blessing to be able to know and work with her.

  • Having studied the SAH Method alongside with Kelsey as well as having the privilege of attending her classes, I can say without a doubt that she is nothing short of an inspiration. Kelsey is a very knowledgeable practitioner and her commitment to this work is remarkable. She has a ferocious curiosity that always keeps her leveling up. In her classes, she’s the type of teacher that’ll feel like a friend, even when she’s calling you on your bullshit (it’s always out of love and for your own personal growth). She’s someone whose got your back and knows how to help you meet yourself even when it gets sticky, because she has walked the walk herself and has come out on the other side. I couldn’t recommend this embodied Queen enough!
